How to schedule an appointment:

#1 – Online scheduling: Saves you time and it’s convenient for your families.  Just click on the menu heading at top of the home page, and follow the very easy, user-friendly directions and choose your preferred date and time, and how many in your group….its that easy!!

#2 – Sign Up Sheets: Simply sign up at the display table in the Narthex, either before or after Sunday services on upcoming weekends!

#3 – Phone Call: You can also call the office (608-647-3203) for assistance and your appointment will be confirmed in minutes!  The church office is open 9 am to noon, Monday to Friday.
