Trinity Church Closed Till Further Notice

CHURCH IS CLOSED TILL FURTHER NOTICE

Dear Trinity UMC Members,

In consideration of the serious health situation regarding the Covid 19 virus, the recently declared local health emergency, guidance from State and Federal health officials and the recent statement from Bishop Jung, we have determined that it is best to cancel worship and all other church activities for the time being. We are also closing the church office, but staff will remain available by phone and email. We know a number of our active members fall into the risk categories for exposure to Covid 19 and want to do all we can to keep everyone safe.

This decision is not taken lightly. Much prayerful consideration has gone into it. We encourage our members to remain engaged with each other and the community through this crisis in an attitude of Christian love and service, while being mindful of current guidance on travel, personal contact and hygiene practices.

Trinity UMC will still be available for those who have spiritual needs even though our building is closed. We will continue to minister in any way we can to share Christ’s love with everyone around us. Also please remember the church still needs your support. Please consider auto donations through WCCU or send your tithes to the church.

Please be in prayer for all affected by this situation. We ask for your continued support of the church and its mission as well as your support for others in the community who are experiencing health or economic struggles in this time.

Blessings to all,
