The recent crisper evenings remind us that it will soon be time for Trinity’s annual Harvest Auction. The Harvest Auction is an evening of fellowship and fundraising to fulfill our $1,000 annual covenant with Rachel and Daniel Gabler, missionaries to Democratic Republic of Congo.
The auction will be held on Wednesday, October 11th, in Schmitt Hall. Fellowship will begin at 6:e0 P.M. with snacks and finger foods rather than a full pot luck meal. The Missions Committee will supply table service and beverages: coffee, hot apple cider, and water.
There will be time to fellowship with friends, look over the auction items, and plot your bidding strategy. Auctioneer extraordinaire, Kurt Monson, will begin the auction at 7:00 P.M. Expect lots of laughs along with good natured, competitive bidding as Kurt moves things along at a lively pace.
For the convenience of parents with young children,
child care will be available from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.
